A reflection of my life as a teacher.  After soon-to-be ten years, it is time for a change (and I am making it as you read this).

Reflections upon aspirations
   -- desire to succeed--
Solemnly strolling down dank corridors
  --shuffling of unmotivated feet--
Dismal rustling of papers
  --empty promises of tomorrow--
Forsaken talents and idle prospects
--crumpling of fruitful dreams no longer attainable-
Stifling solitude.
Petty remorse.
Shadows of misery.
