ice and crucifixes
pyrrhonian

my tortured father died.
 1

the brothers
 2
took their pleasures
 3
and gave,
 4
quid pro quo,
 5
schizophrenia.
 6

i would like
 7
so very much
 8
to kill them
 9

slowly...
 10

hang them up
 11
each
 12
on his own cross
 13
and see gathered around
 14
below
 15
all they stole
 16
looking up
 17
into their distressed eyes.
 18

no different
 19
than a WWII nazi
 20
on the end
 21
of a British
 22
blade.
 23

they explain the ice in my eyes.

Returning the favor and absolutely LOVING this poem.  It's so sad and so real and so disturbing.  Effectively, it's charged with rage.  Good for you.  I hope your heart heals.
