the sad clown.

I am thee,
of irony,
I'm in need of an epifiny,
from myself all alone,
that shadowing figure standing next to me
disguising his tourment and moan,
Behind his humor, smile, and wit
feeling filled, with emotions unfit
To his steriotypical expectation
can't you see he is me
that sad clown echos me
Is my reflection,
I need a resurection
To see an outside perpection
from my being,
cause you'd blind from what I'm seein
or paralyzed from what I'm feelin.

I just wrote this, I will add on to it soon, but I wanted to post because I find the idea of irony behind a sad clown interesting.
