The Intensity of MARS on a Blind Musician

Michael Johnson
Crazy, I know.
What made me stop and think,
When he wouldn't let me leave without a hello?
At least three days it's been.
And now story ideas flush through my brain:
What would be?
What could be?
If two seperatly engaged people
Came together to commmit a sin
Brought about in a high school fantasy.
What if a new history were written,
Bringing them closer together
Than just a memory,
Or a seating partner of past.
If all the negatives that tore them apart
Were all the positives meant to bring them together.
Fear and Hope and Prior Commitments.
But what if this were the chance
my younger self was too afraid to take.
