Mor, if you're really going today, I think we'll miss you sometimes.  Not the rants but some of the poetry, which you never posted in the right place!

I think I saved one to my computer that you did long time ago that was one of the prettiest poems I've ever read.

I hope you're leaving to spend time with those grandchildren you talk about.  Spoil them silly, that's what good grandparents do.

Hi Izzybell.

I am too young for all the jazz; I have some real time shagging to do yet.
Sarah Harding’s mother, you know the one from Girls Aloud.

I am certainly glad she never reads my poetry. I would be in trouble, big time.

I kissed your hand, my darling sweet
what pleasures you convey.
You are but beauties thought complete
what more could reasons say.

I lust upon your comely form
your presence drives me wild
What needs have I in thought perform
that would of words own wish  be child

I take the rose from thorniest stem
what fragrance it conveys
I taste the blossom of your kiss.
what dreams its seeming say’s

For all the world is volatile
and passion is its force
I greave the dreams, that I once held
to feed my needs remorse.

Yet tenderness is loves enjoy
what meaning does itself employ
When all is lost in one chaste kiss
and I of melting moments miss.

Are you as gentle a lover as some of your poems convey?  And as harsh?

Just wondering, woman to man

How? It happens all the time, unless you want to add a commentary. But having a poet explain why and what he wrote ruins the whole poem. Many people prefer to interepret poetry, even if it wasn't the original meaning of the poet.

"i am not a mean poet.

I was thinking that Sailingpoet posted his poem so other people would read it, not to "calm" people down.

Maybe I was wrong.

It didn't calm me down"

In those thrusting thoughts that love conveys
to each their own and separate ways.

What woman would her respective needs produce
and yet consider not what she may so adduce.

Those darkest needs of yet, of nature borne
and sexuality; dilemma’s mighty horn.

Betrays so the genetic impulse of the mind
in all those darkest corners, that womanhood so find.

Wish I knew what you said!  It sounds so nice.

Maybe if you say it in Spanish?  I'm a sucker for those Latinos!

Good night and farewell.

I have gold fever. I just like to buy it all the time, although silver, platinum, and palladium are also very nice and shiny. I hate being poor, its not a good thing. Buy gold not war, buy gold and get lucky, buy gold and you have a fantastic shiny thing that never looks old and rundown. 24k, 22k, 18k are a few of my favorite things. Krugerrands, double eagles, and $50 dollar gold pieces...awe. Bars in grams, ounces, and pounds by troy weight. Gold calms me down, it makes the work worth it, the commute to and from, it makes everything all right, its shiny and fun.
