When I read this, I think it's a poem. Not necessarily an extraordinary one, but a poem nonetheless. But I'm going to respond to this like it isn't a poem, because I don't think it is. Pardon me for not knowing such. I'm new here.
But, in my opinion, if you want to be a poet:
Set precedents
so high up that
no one else can reachieve it.
