I'm not trying to present my facts as an audio book of quotations. This isn't bad writing. hey I'm only 16 and at least I have something to believe in and drive me towards the right path.  God is the only thing that keeps us from a corrupt society. Yes, there's little flaws and mistakes in the world, but a corrupt society as in....living in a hell on earth

Not necessarily. Buddhists are Christians, and they their entire "religion" is based on finding and following the Path of Righteousness. I prefer Buddhism because, unlike Judaism, Christianity and Islam, it's not so obssessed with out-of-date traditions and overly-ceremonious rituals. It's about becoming a better person, period.

The same could be same about Confucianism.

My above post was confusing. I meant to say:

Buddhishts aren't Christians, and their entire "religion" ... etc.

this is so stupid. god made man knowing nothing?

why would god withold knowledge?

your lack of education is apparent. you rely on religion for everything.

what about lesbians?

it was a pragmatic response: pragmatic to the situation, and a literary device for unifying and redirecting a dialog. this is a poetry site, and yet it's being treated here like it's supposed to be a well meaning methodist retreat. religion is only good to the extent that it makes us geniuses. so far, given the threads we're posting here, the religious people are coming off like average inarticulate joes.

Shut the fuck up, mike.
You keep whining about poetry -- then leave the forums and right a poem.
No doubt it'll be another shithole about "nakked" homos fucking each others' their arses at "harvard."
You're such a one-note. At least Mor had variety and Netsky is completely random.

there is no knowledge, only context. god made us not needing knowledge: that's the biting the apple thing. and, with paul, we have, like with lenin, an anti-intellectual destruction of an educated elite: god doesn't want you to think of anything but god, etc., and wants you not to have a biological life because it distracts you from homage to god, etc., eat your spinach.

this is the poetry critical forum and grass is green. poetry is the truth here, and this thread is about homosexuality and the bible -- meaning that it's a critique of what the bible says about homosexuality. this isn't a sunday school class, nor is it a KKK rally. and, there's nothing in harvard boys that is as vulgar as you're saying "arses".

none of you are scholars, all of you have opinions. i have opinions too.

this is indeed very bad writing. you think that because it's saying "truth" that it's good, but this is a writing forum and arguments presented here by the believers aren't written very well. you've given a laundry list of opinions based on a catalog of laws, and not from your own reality and heart. in any case, the god here is the god of poetry.
